It was the best decision to recently make the switch to Dynamic Edge for all of our IT needs. After having the same provider for almost 20 years, we were quite nervous, but the staff at DE made the transition seamless. They are so knowledgeable and professional. Our company has been rapidly opening urgent care clinics across rural USA. In the last 6 months we opened 10 new clinics. I would recommend Dynamic Edge to all of our peers because it’s a sense of comfort. It’s one of the worries that we don’t have to worry about. We have enough in the credit union world to worry about. Recently, a transformer blew near our building and we were without power for the majority of the day. Due to the fact that we host our servers in FitCloud, we were able to direct the majority of our staff to work from home and keep business running with as little hiccups as possible during the power outage. We used a couple of generators for the local machines that we needed to keep running due to our industry but overall, our customers really didn’t notice an interruption in our service to them, which is absolutely priceless.
