 From the farm of Big John and Suzy Q Spivey in Dowagiac Michigan to the ever-changing field of technology, Andy Spivey comes to the Edge with an impressive depth of experience and dedication. He began farm work at age eight, but decided to pursue a career in technology after discovering that most computers smell better than livestock. His dream of a climate-controlled, pine-fresh workplace lead him to study at Western Michigan University and ITT Tech. He began working with tech companies in 1999, but finds the Edge superior to all others. After a hard day of button-pushing, he retires home to Deanna, his wife, and Stubby, their bobtailed cat.
 ON THE LIGHTER SIDE...
Little is known of Spivey prior to the close of the War of Spanish Succession. Though his campaign as a pirate from 1714-20—during which he worked closely with Edward Teach and the late Henry Morgan—is widely documented, the last reported sighting of Andy prior to his arrival at the Edge recounts him sailing on the Revenge under the command of Captain Jack Rackham before Rackham's capture and eventual death in October of 1720. Though it is rumored that Spivey went into exile until mankind once again needed his talents, no coherent account of these facts survives. |
