 There was never much question that Brian would go into something computer-related. Upon getting his first computer at age six—an Apple IIc luggable—he began dissecting every program he could find, even writing a few of his own. He went on to earn a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Eastern Michigan University while working for a web and dedicated server provider. After graduation, Brian was shocked to learn of his co-major in Technical Communication, but has found it to be a great asset here at the Edge.
 ON THE LIGHTER SIDE...
Brian loves research, whether the subject is microeconomics or the inner workings of an automatic transmission, though he usually finds the pursuit of knowledge more valuable than the knowledge itself. You might wonder why he should care about something like three-strip Technicolor restoration, and his answer is always the same: “I just like to read a lot of junk.” |
