 Whatever the job, Thomas Moore goes out of his way to get it done. With years of customer service experience, Thom has learned one important rule: the customer must walk away satisfied. Thom has a BA in Psychology from Michigan State University (go Spartans!) and an MS in Human Resource & Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University (go Eagles!). As his degrees suggest, Thom has an ongoing interest in the interaction between business and psychology and believes that "to truly understand a business and see it succeed, one must first strive to understand and properly acknowledge the people within." Thom also has a deep love for details and strives to be aware of everything that goes on around him. On a side note, please congratulate Thom and his wife on the purchase of their very first home. Thom is now busy collecting rakes, snow shovels and power tools.
 ON THE LIGHTER SIDE...
Thom has a not-so-secret secret addiction: CAFFEINE. Thom first discovered coffee at twelve, as he and a friend waged the age-old battle against sleep. Their goal was to stay awake through the night, and coffee made that possible. Just the mention of that lovely, six-letter word has Thom reaching for his trusty, stainless-steel mug. You can watch the light come into Thom’s eyes when the aroma of coffee wafts through the office. Then, get out of his way: he is at the pot faster than you can say, "Switch to decaf!" You’ll find him at his desk, daydreaming into his emptied mug, wondering what the next cup will bring. |
