Complete Site Overhaul and Optimization

Problem:
The International Smart Tan Network is a world leader and educational resource for professional indoor tanning. But their previous website –  though full of useful information — was  also full of security holes, leaving them susceptible to malicious attacks from every angle.  Six different URLs led visitors to different areas of the site, including a store that was nearly impossible for Smart Tan’s employees to update!

Solution:
After a complete visual re-design, we optimized the site for search engine findability (SEO). Then, by combining several technologies, including an e-commerce solution, ad software, custom-built reporting pages, and an innovative solution for distributing certification exams and tracking results, we were able to streamline and simplify the flow of information –  through a single URL. Finally, we customized an easy-to-use content management system that delivers a continuous flow of fresh content to every page.
