He came and coordinated a time when he could work on my laptop. I was not there, he did it remotely, and when I came back to my desk after 30 minutes he was already done. He not only had everything back to where it was but sent me a nice summary e-mail that told me exactly what he had done. Everything was reset back to where it was, rebooted, and ready to go. It was just a treat. It was one of things where that type of proactive thinking and effort made me feel good about how you guys handle other things.
