With Fixed IT, the billing is steadfast. I know exactly every month what it’s going to cost. I know every year what it’s going to cost. Anything above and beyond it, I know it’s going to be above because I’m told this is outside of your fixed IT because it’s a special project, so I know that it will take my budget up… there are no surprises in the billing and I love it. I don’t even have to look at my Dynamic Edge bill (which are not bad bills!) because it’s very predictable.

Now that we’re on Fixed IT, my consultant doesn’t have to keep tabs on how much time he spends in conversation at our site, so the service he gives us is very personal. That, to me, has been critical with my relationship with Dynamic Edge. I feel like I’m very much valued – and not so much as a customer, but as an individual – and it’s a relationship that I really enjoy.
