In the world of what we’re doing, we’re relatively high-tech. So, to call somebody and then have to say “Oh, our computers are down!” doesn’t sound that great. I wanted things fixed before I started work in the morning.
Knowing exactly what our budget was for each month, and the fact that I could get a lot of the ongoing maintenance – all of those smaller things – taken care of on a day-to-day basis instead of having to continually watch the budget are two of the biggest reasons I signed up for Fixed IT.
