I think one of the most exciting things is the way that they monitor our internal server. An example was, we were sitting there one day and Dynamic Edge guys showed up and went into the server room. I walked over and asked, “what are you guys doing?” and they said, “we’re going to change the ‘whatever’ in the server,” and I said, “why?” And they said, “well, we were monitoring it and it was starting to run to warm,” and they were changing the fans.
We didn’t turn a ticket in, they just monitored that system, came out, and fixed it before we even had an issue. To me that’s pretty exciting. That saved me some downtime, and we didn’t have to request it, they monitor it that close.
