I can’t believe Dynamic Edge has been helping businesses get rid of their computer headaches for 17 Years! It feels like yesterday when I started DE from my college dorm room. How we have improved since then!

Not to toot our own horn too much, but I think we’ve accomplished a lot since DE’s start—always aimed at giving our customers the best technical support possible.

Here are some of the facts:

We enjoy helping people— According to a recent study, going out of your way to help people actually reduces stress. So that is what we do, we go above and beyond. In fact, the industry standard is 84% positive interactions, and we run at 96% positive responses from our users on our help.

Growing a client base of folks like you—we love our clients A LOT. And we try our darndest to keep them in the loop, understand how to leverage tech to make their businesses better and take the worries out of technology. Our team loves their jobs as much as they enjoy helping you—Every month we survey the team with one simple question: how do you feel about coming to work? This internal morale survey is hovering around an 8 out of 10!

Giving back to the community—This is another opportunity for our team to go out of their way to help someone. To date we have donated: $493,566 to local charities!

Well-oiled and documented processes—We have created processes that makes it easy for us to identify and resolve issues before they become problems. This has been a new initiative and over the last year we have created over 1,596 documents. Why? This is one of the tactics we used to cut the time it takes for us to solve a customer issue in half!

Guess what? We’re only getting better! As many of our customers already know, DE has been focused at creating a business-centric service structure. By business-centric, I mean technical team members that understand your business needs and integrate the best technology to meet your business goals.

But what we live for is providing technical support to great clients— that makes our days interesting, challenging and more exciting than staring at computer screens and typing in 1’s and 0’s. Many of us would not have escaped our parents’ basements if it weren’t for amazing clients like you.

And because of all the great times we’ve had working with all our clients, we thought it appropriate to have a happy hour tomorrow, Tuesday, March 29, in honor of all of you. While we work on monitoring your computer networks around the clock, we wanted to host a different networking event where clients got to interact, mingle, have a few nibbles and network locally.
