Jon is a recent graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology where he pursued a degree in Applied Networking and Systems Administration. His education exposed him to server administration on the Windows and Linux Platforms and while earning his degree Jon learned the art of client support at his student job. He’s tackled stubborn windows and Mac problems time and time again.

One of Jon loves aside from computers and all things geek would have to be the wonderful world of photography. See that guy wandering around with a camera taking candid shots of anything he can focus a lens on? Yeah, that’s Jon… and when he is not tinkering with a macbook or server you just may find him with a camera strap around his neck.
