While working his way through MTSU as a manager of Kinko’s, Joe discovered his passion for computers – which started with a single standalone MAC and branched out into PC’s and networking with the Cisco IOS. At Kinko’s, Joe honed his customer satisfaction skills while continuing to developed his networking skills. In 2000, Joe left the world of corporate management for IT and has never looked back.

Joe received his pilot’s license and has been flying since 1991. Fortunately, he brings the same attention to detail to his servers as he carries in the cockpit.
